In 2014, Sri Lanka had the honor of welcoming Grandmaster Thommy Luke Böhlig once again for the 3rd Wing Tsjun Seminar, organized by Wing Tsjun International – Sri Lanka Branch. This seminar was a highly anticipated event, attracting dedicated martial artists eager to refine their Wing Tsjun Kung Fu skills under the guidance of the founder of Wing Tsjun International.

During this exclusive training session, Grandmaster Böhlig shared advanced Wing Tsjun techniques, practical self-defense applications, and the deeper principles of the Wing Tsjun system. Participants had the rare opportunity to train with a world-renowned master, gaining valuable insights and personalized corrections to improve their martial arts proficiency.

This seminar further solidified Sri Lanka’s position as a key hub for Wing Tsjun training, continuing the legacy established during Grandmaster Böhlig’s first visit in 2011 and the previous seminars in 2012. With growing enthusiasm and participation, Wing Tsjun International – Sri Lanka Branch remains committed to spreading authentic Wing Tsjun Kung Fu and providing top-tier martial arts education in the country.

The 3rd Wing Tsjun Seminar was not only a significant event for students but also a reaffirmation of Sri Lanka’s strong connection with Wing Tsjun International, ensuring continued learning and development for martial artists across the nation.

In addition to the seminar, Grandmaster Böhlig also appeared on the Good Afternoon Program on Swarnavahini TV Channel in 2014, where he demonstrated the Wing Tsjun system to a broader audience, showcasing the martial art's effectiveness and practical applications.
